The Cultiva Aims
- To promote the use of Cultiva Colleges as the preferred choice for education and training within industry at home and abroad.
- To facilitate the Cultiva Colleges working together in staff development and in the development of learning and curriculum initiatives, encouraging progression and widening participation.
- To continue to build relationships with and bid to public sector to promote the use of Cultiva Colleges within any new national initiatives arising from these.
- To seek methods of research funding that are commensurate with the Cultiva Colleges’ backgrounds and assist the development of the Colleges in the research sector.
- To investigate and develop overseas markets for education, training and related services for Cultiva Colleges.
- To facilitate the benchmarking of Cultiva Colleges’ data on academic and financial performance so as to assist in the process of continual quality improvement.
