Whether it is responding to the needs of our customers and stakeholders or connecting staff from across the Cultiva College network, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We look to develop learning solutions, both external and internal, which are able to continue over a period of time and offer a lasting legacy for all parties together with good value for money. At the same time, in designing and delivering our services, we seek to cause little or no damage to the environment.

Learning is at the heart of what we do! It is our reason for being and something which drives all Cultiva Colleges strategic plans. Learning takes many forms – whether it is skills training, personal learning and development, or knowledge transfer, we strive to make the activity of obtaining knowledge exciting, innovative and where possible, personalised.
